Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken is a rich, flavorful, one-pan dish made with pan-seared chicken breasts simmered in a creamy garlic parmesan sauce, infused with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. This recipe brings bold Italian flavors to your dinner table in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut in half horizontally)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Creamy Tuscan Sauce

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt to taste



Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Step 2: Sear the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Tuscan Cream Sauce

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well.

Add the parmesan cheese and continue stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce begins to thicken, about 2–3 minutes.

Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and chili flakes (if using), followed by the chopped spinach. Let the spinach wilt for about 1 minute.

Step 4: Combine Chicken and Sauce

Return the seared chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
