  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional – for richer taste)

  • A pinch of cardamom powder (optional – for aroma and digestion)



🥤 Step-by-Step Recipe:

Step 1: Chop the Mango

  • Peel one ripe mango and cut it into small pieces.

  • Remove the seed.

  • Add the mango chunks to a blender jar.

Step 2: Add Sweetness and Ice

  • Add 1–2 tablespoons of sugar depending on how sweet the mango is.

  • Add 3–4 ice cubes for a chilled and refreshing shake.

Step 3: Add Nuts (Optional)
